"Fantastic news to hear the Pro-Am will be happening again in 2010, you all did a great job in getting your first event of the ground in a tough economic time when sponsorship is limited.
As expressed in our first conversations when we discussed about your club hosting its own Professional slalom event, I thought for sure your club first of all had the perfect site to host a great Pro event in the North of the Country and second of all your club had the enthusiasm and personnel to pull it off.
That of course you did with style in your first year, even though you had quite challenging weather on the day. My feeling is all who attended the event had a great time and if given the chance would return in a heart beat, I guess the challenge will be who do you invite in light of the skiers who didn’t eventually turn up after committing to a spot in the tournament."
